#weetjenog Social streber Hyacinth Bucket (pronounce: Bouquet!) is known in her neighborhood as an annoying person who likes to pretend to be someone of the upper class. Hyacinth is constantly engaged in charity for the lower classes, gives invaluable advice to her husband Richard and plays the loving, eldest daughter for her bedridden Daddy. Yet she still finds plenty of time to keep her neighbors sharp with unbearable morning coffees and candlelit dinners. Her ambitions are often thwarted by the antics of her sisters Rose and Daisy (and his husband Onslow), who are much less shabby than the hautaine Hyacinth. All this results in hilarious situations, making the series still known as one of the best British comedy series ever.
