Some time ago I wrote The suffering that is called home care about the difficulties I had with home care.

The municipality felt that we had too high expectations and the home care organizations had not communicated (well) which tasks a household help should or should not perform.
Also the 5! helps had never made it clear that they were not allowed to do anything. Well, that they do not dust lamps, because then she will be powered... I asked them nicely if she wanted to do something. Some did that the 1st or 2nd time, but then no more and did not indicate that they were not allowed to do something. These unwritten rules caused me a lot of frustration and I'm sure it would have turned out differently and I would have been different if it had been clearly communicated.

On the other hand, happy with a new opportunity, now at home care organization number 3 and so far very satisfied with the communication. Help was arranged quickly, responses to e-mail also super fast and they had sent some papers. Because this is also different for every organisation. I had all the papers, didn't have to fill in anything else or send them back.

With my previous experience I asked if there is something from a list of activities that the aid may or may not carry out. Again, a quick response: Given this is the help from the care-care scheme, everything can be done in the house. It is not intended that the help in the garden will work by way of. It's just about all the household chores that the help is allowed to do.

Look it is possible and I am not very demanding at all.
