A simple dish that is delicious for breakfast, lunch or brunch.Bagelswith Monchou and salmon, beef and roast beef are often eaten during our Sunday brunch .
- Chives sweet fresh
- Soft-boiled egg
- Salmon, Beef Smoked Meat or Roast Beef
Follow the instructions on the package of the bagels and put a small dish of water in the bottom of the oven (this will make them even more delicious) when you preheat the oven.
Boil the water for the eggs in a small saucepan, when the water boils carefully put eggs in boiling water and boil them approximately.
- S eggs 3 minutes
- M eggs 4 minutes
- L eggs 5 minutes
Cut the fresh chives into fine pieces.
When the eggs are boiled, drain them and put them under cold running water for about 20 seconds.
When the bagels are ready, remove them from the oven and cut them in the middle and apply butter, cream cheese (you don't have to be economical with this), then sprinkle the chives over the cream cheese and then add richly topped salmon, beef and roast beef. When the bun is finished, put the top of the bagel back on the bun.
The sandwiches are now covered, then you can tap the top of the egg and put the egg in the doughnut hole as in the photos of the recipe. This is not only graceful, but you can also put the soft-boiled egg on the bun when you have beef meat or roast beef on the bun.I just wouldn't do this with salmon, because this doesn't seem like a good combination to me.
Until next time,
