Gado gado

Fresh beans I prefer to eat with rice. And then my favorite dish is Gado gado. Rice, beans, eggs, cucumber, carrot ribbons, chicken breast with garlic, ginger and ketjap manis. Some cropoque and fried onions and feast! You know what else is nice when you peel the cucumber? Then peel over and around a piece of skin lengthwise, you will get this effect in the photo below. What do you need for 4 people:

1 pack of rice of 400 grams
4 eggs
1 cucumber
handful of carrots
400 grams of chicken breast
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp chicken herbs
big shot of ketjap manis
cropoek
fried onions

Preparation (about 35 minutes)

Put a saucepan of water on the fire and let the water boil. Add the rice as soon as the water boils and keep the cooking time indicated on the package. Drain the rice and leave for a quarter of an hour.
