Ketjapmanis meatballs

Ketjapmanis meatballs

Tasty that these meatballs are, both hot and cold to serve. You can eat them with rice, or serve them as a snack. I like them best with a little fried onions on top. Read on quickly how you can make these meatballs!

What do you need

500 grams of ground beef
1 egg
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs or rusks.
1 tablespoon of meatherbs
large shoot (3 tablespoons) ketjapmanis
pinch of ginger powder
2 cloves of fresh garlic
3 tablespoons of fried onions
1 tablespoon of oil

Preparation

Season the minced meat with the meatherbs and add an egg and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and mix together. Add to it a pinch of ginger powder, two crushed garlic cloves and 3 tablespoons of ketjapmanis and mix thoroughly. Turn small meatballs from them and fry them with 1 tablespoon of oil for about 15 to 20 minutes brown and cooked in a frying pan over medium heat. Put them on a large plate or dish (in a dish they stay warm longer) and sprinkle some fried onions on top. Ready to serve. Eat tasty!
