You can make the most delicious stuffed peppers! (low-carbohydrate)

What do you need?

  • 3 peppers
  • A few slices of bacon
  • 100 grams of minced
  • 6 eggs
  • 50 grams of philadelphia with garden herbs
  • Some salt and pepper to taste.

How do you make it?

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds
  3. Put half the peppers in a baking dish
  4. Add a little minced meat to each paprika
  5. Put an egg on top
  6. Finish with a few slices of bacon and add some pepper.
  7. Put the baking dish in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
