Sannie's Pasta with Tuna and Grilled Peppers

Supplies: (For 4 people)

1 bag paste (cooked according to instructions, rinsed with cold water)
1 pot Grand Italia tomato sauce Basilico (600 grams)
2 cans tuna in water (leaked)
1 onion (small shredded)
1 red pepper (cut small)
4 cloves garlic (crushed and minced)
1 tin (46 gram) anchovy in olive oil (cut small)
1 pot of grilled bell pepper strips (leaked)
1 jar of dried tomatoes (cut small)
1 small tin olives with anchovies (halved)
½ jar black olive slices (leaked)
1 big tablespoon Italian dried herbs
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
2 vegetable stock cubes (crumbled)
a big shot red wine
a big hand fresh basil leaves
Dash oil (I used chili oil)

Method of preparation:

Cook paste according to instructions and rinse with cold water.
Put the oil or in a wok and fry the onion, garlic, anchovies and the dried tomato until it is slightly soft.

Extinguish with a good shot of red wine and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the Basilico tomato sauce, the grilled peppers, the Italian herbs, the crumbled vegetable stock cubes and the smoked paprika powder and stir fry briefly.

Then add the tuna, the halved olives with anchovies and the black olive slices and mix everything together.

Add the pasta, mix well and let everything warm up just as well.

Turn off the heat, add the basil leaves and stir them into the pasta.
