All my (serious) blogs about Iceland start with the title: “fifty shades of green”.

The reason? I was driving in Iceland the first time, and I wanted to blog about it.

It seemed nice to make a blog series, because it was clear to me that I wanted to tell a lot about this country.!

It took until that summer for the idea to take shape: in summer Iceland is so green, that the title came naturally.

Fifty Shades Green. Because Iceland is that green, there may be more shades of green to be found even.
