Gluten-free waffles with smooth chocolate spread.
Following the call of @Madeleine to post recipes under #yoorskookstudio , here comes my contribution.
The theme of this month was #chocolade .
Necessary for a dozen gluten-free waffles:
- 200 g gluten free flour
- 50 g of almond powder
- 70 g coconut blossom sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 80 g of melted cream butter
- 200 ml of milk
- 3 eggs
