The magic of the grey cells is not witchcraft. If you focus on something particular, you create a filter that will make you look at the world around you, to yourself and your life. Pink glasses, or a depressing haze.

There are plenty of 'evidence' that the world around us totally k. is. Then your thoughts suddenly unwillingly revolve around in a circle: covid, housing crisis, corruption, misery, death.

Unless you manage not to think about those bad things for a moment, but of something you are really grateful for, because then your brain will naturally start looking for even more positive things, for solutions to do something about it yourself, fellow fighters, dear people, helpfulness, love, music, future plans, holidays, a community like Yoors, and much more.
