How what true?

#qa All right, I don't understand, but I'm making an effort..

For me (and perhaps others) it is difficult to keep up with the pace of Yoors. Also with my ADD and because I am still relatively little active due to different circumstances here. My question is actually difficult to summarize in one sentence, but actually the first one that comes to mind is this:

Can it all be a little less fast and a little simpler?

What I'm running into: It can't be that when you're less active for a few weeks, you get so far behind that you can't get out of it.? Many, many (mini) challenges I see passing by, there are boosters and I see that some of my posts suddenly contain a reward. If I participate in such a challenge that runs for several days, I have to join the pool for several days? Can you set up a reward yourself somewhere? But then you can win any pool? There is a lot of unclear to me, there is a lot of interchangeover and I can't see through the trees the forest anymore.

This is not meant to be evil, only I indicate what I personally run into. Unfortunately this' disclaimer 'is necessary because nowadays everything of me has to be moderated. When a post complies with the guidelines, I do not think that it is necessary.
Criticism should also? Especially if it aims to make Yoors better.

Show moreI think most of us have, at one time or another, felt a little overwhelmed by the quickening pace and the many changes going on in the platform. I certainly wouldn't want to deny what you feel, not only because I have at times shared the same confusion but also because what one feels is what one feels and it is valid in itself. But if I can offer a few words meant as an encouragement and, hopefully, as a bit of help, then I would say that maybe we need to try to think of the initial Yoors and the current Yoors as two things as different as a village and a city. Trying to get to know a large city in the same way one would a village can only result in exhaustion. So a possible course of action, I think, is to decide what neighbourhoods feel the most at home for us and start walking the streets there and enjoying the view. This means zooming in on the topics we like most and exploring those. If one day we feeling like taking part in a challenge or discovering something new, then great. But if not, then we should tell ourselves that it's okay to let them go, without fear of missing out. Perhaps we can hang out a little less in the "what's new" page and look more at individual hashtags with topics that interest us. Perhaps we can trim down our "following" list. And we can seek to post and read mostly about the topics that we really care about and turn a blind eye to the rest when we feel drained. I really do think perspective will help in this. One would never try to take in ALL of Facebook or Instagram or Medium or anything like that. No one with even think that would be possible. But for the older members of Yoors, I can understand that they are still trying to keep up with the platform in the way they initially learned to use it. So perhaps thinking of it as a new platform, one that is way bigger and more complex than the old one, could help a little bit. And, when needed, take a break too. 🙂

I totally agree with you, too, sometimes I'm gone and when I come back I run into the same. Right now, I'm just doing something, this week I'm filling in a totally different hashtac, I'm in the wrong pool. I promote and see money going off, but where 😂🤣😂😅 of the week I stood at 7.70 now at 0.65.
So you're really not the only one, I guess..

Yoors has grown very hard and I think keeps growing and sometimes it's hard to follow. I'm just trying everything and you'll find out if it suits you.. For now I noticed, for example, that I am not going to promote anymore, because I will lose the overview and that is not the intention. Will be up to me too, because I'm struggling with the same problem as you 😉 #ADD I would like to respond to everything, but sometimes I'm so busy with the inbox that I don't have time to read new posts. I can't spend all day with Yoors because I have to work and have a private life hahaha

And when things are that big, something is always needing to be repaired, new adjustments have to be made any moment. And, of course, being people the huge caldron people really are, a good thing for one person, is not necessarily a good thing for the other. That´s why things are always changing. Henkjan is trying all the time new approaches. And if he´s trying, we can´t blame him for that. The only thing we can do his add our contribution here and there. Everyone has an opinion, normally. Then it´s up for him to accept the opinion, or not. We have already done our part.

I would love it if there was a regular post from the team working on, like before, which makes it clearer.
But: just do your thing as always, then you keep the most overview, I think 😘
