Children like to learn and, above all, playfully. In that context it is very nice to start experimenting. By this species #proefjes teach children certain concepts. Why does a boat float and sink a rock? But also some things that we can't see or make anything move. It goes without saying that the “magic” to this kind of experiment greatly intrigues children. It encourages them to participate actively and to look for answers to these fun types of “puzzles”. Really inquisitive learning! And you can perform a lot of tests without too much cost or already present in your pantry.. so very accessible!

In practice, children learn a lot from this and it is therefore very instructive. In the host parent care this is also frequently offered to the children who come there.

Ineke van der Linde tells about this:

Most children here from 4 years already get experiments with this. Even a girl who was only 3 1/2 years old. It saves so much when they come here as babies and go along with the flow. They pick things up so much faster. Fortunately, most people here are very open to this kind of experiment.
