It all started with a daily cleaning that resulted in a BIG cleaning. That doesn't sound very impressive yet, but it was my first major cleaning in ten years. Maybe 12, but I don't look at a few years.

Let's start at the beginning.

Mysterious egg

18, 19 and 20 October

The first hurdle has been taken: I dusted my two bookcases almost without problems. The only spoilbreaker or actually spoilbreakers were the many paper fish that gave their credit to my carefully accumulated knowledge. It may be said that they were not eager for my presence. A protest march was the result, but I quickly and accurately knocked it down with my vacuum cleaner.

Then followed the real thing: my blue bank. Or rather, behind and under my couch. The dust accumulation that had accumulated over all these years made me literally gasp for breath. Armed with respirator and vacuum cleaner, I worked through the first years. So far, so good. But then I suddenly made a special discovery: in the dust nest I found a strange egg.

I couldn't go any further, didn't want to continue with the cleaning, not before I discovered the origin of that particular egg. Scientists around the world did research, and carbon dating finally showed that it was a prehistoric egg.

Meanwhile, there are far-reaching plans to hatch the egg.
