Not wrong
Is it wrong to have good intentions? Yes and no. Why yes? Every new beginning is a step in the right direction. Why no? Because they often stumble after about seven days and that's not good for self-confidence.
That's why it's important to keep up with your good intentions. And the one day that you deviated from your intention is not a lost day, you just start the next day again.
Carbohydrate poor food
I know a lot of people who lose weight are looking for low-carbohydrate food. I do that myself sometimes, as a balance day. Especially not every day. Bread gives good fiber, but also minerals and vitamins. It's certainly not bad to eat bread. But everything in the right proportion.
