What I remember from then is that there was breakfast in the morning, a bottle of Stassano milk at 10.30 am and hot food or sandwiches at noon. Our 4 hours was a student cake and around 6 pm our supper. There was nothing more, few to no fat people and very few people with a big belly or big rumen.

Ha, those good old days! No, not everything was better, but there was no talk of an obesity epidemic at the time. People used to eat sober, now they 'graze' all day.
