As far as music is concerned, we all have their own genre, one prefers Rock, the other Latin, but Hip Hop works best while exercising. Another similarity is: no sense to exercise, but it's so important. Not just for your fitness, but for your overall health. By setting up the right music, you'll be more motivated and you'll naturally get more excited to play sports.
