I have played a lot of sports in my life. Jogging, mountain biking and road bike. But oddly enough, I could never do much music during my sporting exercities.

I've been running with music for a while, but it won't make you run faster. If you run well, you walk around your tipping point, you go sour when you get up there (walk harder). But walking without music still pleases me best.

Voor mij hoort muziek ook echt bij sport. Zumba muziek is geweldig, maar ik vind zelf Scooter ook heerlijk om mee te sporten. Voor mij is een lekkere beat het belangrijkste!
