My generation went to school and then back.
My generation did their homework to play out on the street as soon as possible.

My generation saved gum plates, sugar bags or cigar straps (sometimes all three).
My generation collected empty bottles for 5 cents each.
My generation picked up old newspapers to buy candy.
My generation bought loose candies from the returned empty bottles.
My generation folded paper planes.
My generation bought vinyl albums to play on record players.
My generation pasted photos into albums and collected clippings to paste into an album.
My generation only watched television on Wednesday afternoon at 5pm.




Until my generation turned 15 years, then we went loose.
