It's fun, such a creative brain and those sensitive antennas, but sometimes it also gives a bit of chaos. What am I from in my job?

What is my unique message and who or what do I want to help? Where I prefer to replace “help” with “give”. I would rather give someone something that he/she can help himself further.
For me in the word “help” is something of “take over, take out of hands” autonomy eroding. To “give” someone's something that he/she can help himself further is for me to promote autonomy. With that I stimulate resilience.

Look, there I go again. Now I suddenly start talking about “helping and giving” while I just wanted to blog about my chaotic brain and my unique message.

Fortunately, I get tools from a Masterclass that I follow. It helps me focus. But, dear, that's so hard for me. I have 8 unique messages and all very different and interesting. Still, I have to focus on. #Feedback is a powerful engine for development, because do you like this unique message? What does it call? Could this be for teachers and leaders?

I give educational professionals, who are driven by education development and design, insight into their strengths and weaknesses within 3 to 6 weeks and provide tools to take more space, expand the circle of relays to carry out their ideas together without fear of need to adjust or lose their jobs.

What do you think?
