Just wait a little while then the fresh #spinazie for sale again. For now, we still have to do it with greenhouse spinach. Not very much either. The Lidl regularly has fresh spinach on offer. Even though frozen spinach is frozen fresh from the country, I don't like it. Often find it too thin, or too fine. The a la crème version is not a favorite here either. I prefer to add cream cheese or cooking cream myself. Then I know what goes in there. Fresh thyme or basil and pepper and the spinach is deliciously flavored. There you also do not need to buy herbal cheese with salt.

Anyway, for now a delicious omelet with spinach and spicy chickpeas. This is a complete meal.
