What is plastic soup? Are we really throwing so much plastic in the sea? What is the problem and what can we do about it?
One of the biggest natural disasters in the world is the “Plastic Soup”, which is the plastic that swirls in the sea!
Not only are large pieces of plastic floating on the sea, but it is falling apart into tiny pieces that go into the ecosystem.
( ecosystem : Plants, animals and other living beings, and everything around them that has an influence, in a given area.)
Together, we are responsible for the plastic soup! In poorer countries with industry, a lot of waste ends up in the water. But we want the products they make here ourselves.
