MAKINGS

* 1 broccoli * 4 peppers (different colors) * 1 onion * 5 eggs: 3 whole, of 2 only the proteins * 100 grams of bacon strips * 200 grams cottage cheese * 100 grams crème fraîche * 2 teaspoons of broth powder * grated cheese (as desired) * Black pepper * Needed: baking paper and baking dish or spring mold

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Cut the broccoli into small florets and the stump into pieces. Boil until tender in a small layer of water with broth powder. In the meantime, fry the bacon and cut the onion and paprika finely. Add the onion and peppers to the bacon as they begin to discolour and fry for a short time. Fry the drained broccoli for a while and drain any released moisture. Put the eggs and egg whites in a bowl and mix with the cottage cheese, crème fraîche, grated cheese and black pepper and stir in the egg-vegetables and bacon mixture. Cover a baking dish or spring form with baking paper and grease it with some butter or olive oil. Pour the egg-vegetables and bacon mixture into it. Bake the quiche (depending on the thickness) in about 50 minutes until cooked.

Eat tasty!
