Recipe for Jerusalem artichoke broccoli
We like Jerusalem artichoke. This vegetable has a taste you need to get used to. Years ago, in the 90s of the last century, I had a Odin vegetable and fruit subscription and this vegetable was invariably in that bag every week, just like parsnip. Well, then at a certain moment it comes out your ears. Variation is the best after all. That's why I stopped with those bags. Then of course another problem arose, in the regular I couldn't buy the vegetables at the time. So I went to the food store to buy. No punishment, not of that. My tip: if you have a garden and you bought Jerusalem artichoke, put one or two in a large pot, low earth over it. Water occasionally and you'll be rewarded with a big yield.Â
Fortunately I saw this Jerusalem artichoke in the Albert Heijn which I wrote blogs about before. This recipe is ready so quickly. No meat, because the buffalo mozzarella is the meat substitute.
