Set your own car on fire, throw in your own windows, no chance bat!
“You destroy businesses, you plunder entrepreneurs, you pounce innocent people in buses, you destroy bikes randomly, you throw stones at horses, you throw stones through windows, you set cars on fire, you attack police and you provide a giant spread of our common enemy, corona. If you like to break things, do it in your own home. Set your own car on fire, throw in your own windows, throw a brick at your own dog. Channeless bat.
Are you an acquaintance of mine and were you a participant in today's non-peaceful actions in Amsterdam and Eindhoven? Unfriend me then stante pede. I dissociate myself not only from those non-peaceful actions, but also from any participant who behave misbehaved.” (source unknown via Facebook)
Shocking footage on TV this morning, after a weekend of rioting in various cities and villages, following the curfew. It is shameless how some think they have to “blunt their freedom' through rioting. There will probably be people who really want to demonstrate 'peacefully', but this is really not normal anymore!
#Urk , #eindhoven , #thehague , #Amsterdam ...
It's becoming a mess, and rioters are threatening to avoid a civil war.
A few weeks ago, someone shared an image with the German army who was in the highest state of readiness, to come and help the Netherlands. A nod to the Second World War. An image with 'curfew' from the same Second World War. Whether they went through it themselves that war...
1944 — 1945, also known as the Hunger Winter. No TV, no Internet and, above all, little food. That is the reality of the Second World War.

Yesterday and the day before yesterday I had two really fat dip days, the news reports, the mandatory stay at home, the weather of the past few days and it was bad on a few levels, but then I'm not going to riot. I chat with my girlfriend, pet Alice once extra and read the many nice comments on the limericks.

I don't have wisdom on leasehold, and I also have reservations about a lot of coronar rules. But doing nothing certainly doesn't help, and we don't suddenly have the closed hospitals open again (yes, I like that too), so do normally! Bunch of spoiled britches!
And be ashamed to make the comparison with WW2, thank God we don't know what it means to be in war, but the stories our neighbor told, and her emotion in it are still fresh in my ears.. Just go and prick some paper on the Kilimanjaro for a year, then you'll find something useful!
So, enough about this, I'm going to put the day challenge online.
