spinach casserole vegetarian
Fresh spinach and mozzarella. We think this is a great combination. Making a casserole with it can be fine. I always have buffalo mozzarella. It's a little more expensive, but it's very tasty.
Now you might think there's meat on top. That's not true. Those are sundried tomatoes. They really give this dish more flavor. If you have a little picky eaters, you could cut the tomatoes into pieces.
I saw the spinach lying in the Lidl. Such a bag is exactly enough for 2 people. It doesn't really fall in this season, but for some vegetables I make an exception. So spinach is one of those. I rarely buy it from the freezer. Often it is too wet and I don't like the taste.
