Super simple tofu dish. (vegan)
Tofu? Okay, but what do you do with it?
Do you recognize yourself in this?
You've seen it in the veggie department of the supermarket and you want to take a meatless day. But you have no idea what to do with it?
This dish can't fail.
Even the biggest kitchen klutz (yes, even @Ome John ) could do this.
Needed for about 4 people:
- 2 trays of tofu (I took oriental spicy, but if you do not find this, no problem.
- if you take unseasoned tofu, then provide the following spices: turmeric, cumin and garlic powder. Some chili powder if you want it more piquant.
