- Following reading a number of books about (good) habits education I have formulated a number of questions for myself to ask myself daily.
- Do and live NOW but focused on development towards the future.
- That was also why I went to study this: People overestimate their short-term performance and underestimate their long-term performance. I'm a long-term man.
- There were way too many at first so I reduced the number to 9 questions.
- I wonder what you think of it and whether you ask yourself such questions AND if you have one more I should add.
- What can you make or learn now?
- What should you stop or start now and not delay?
- What can you improve your health now?
- What long-term or short-term goal can you bring closer?
- What relationship can you improve now?
- What should you remove or clean up now?
- What do you have to decide now or what should you think about?
- What can you save or earn now?
- What's the best way to relax?
