Vijftig tinten groen: Grýla de trol en haar 13 zonen.
In Nederland vieren wij sinterklaas.

What beautiful drawings! I imagine it's great books.! Inside, still child. Only my body thinks differently, haha!

@ellesvandenbroek my body thinks it's still young. but in practice it looks more like Gryla 😉

What fun. You can see that just about every culture has something similar to each other. Probably all of them have the same origins somewhere.

The Scandinavian countries are busier in the weather with their gnomes anyway. Christmas too. And that cat isn't ugly at ALL !! 🤣🤣

@Marion's World Do you call Grýla a gnome now? Beware Christmas.

@Encaustichris A real witch gnome troll !!! 🤣

@Marion's World she might find a compliment.

@Encaustichris That's it. !!! 😜

@Encaustichris Her hair looks a bit like mine at the moment, but dark. And something fuller that does, but also like she's been plummeted with her fingers in the socket. So I love her already.

@Marion's World i love her too, and her stories. Really, I'm double when Unnur tells about her, or when I read the booklets!

How fun I love stories and legends like this. thank you to share

It will also often have ridden a crooked skate that Grÿla seen her famous nose and her most beloved children who all have a nose from the Santa Klaus.
Super handsome communication and drawings, and a story I didn't know about.

@Marc De Bisschop Don't let them hear you 😉

I believe your love for this writer right. I also find the pictures to feast. Thank you Unnur too because now we can enjoy it too.

@NOOS Happy Words I searched for you, but frtnight before christmas can't be found in NL. The Yule lads well, also a lot of fun! If you succeed to go to Iceland in February, you should want to look for you?
