I'm Eddy, a born and raised Gentenaar. Born under the zodiac sign lion, a sunchild. Proud father of 4 daughters and a real family man.
As a certified sports coach and nutritionist, I love a healthy lifestyle. Share as author of Slimmer Life Plan the best ways to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Helping other people is always a great satisfaction, especially when I can involve people's motivation.
My hobbies are snooker, chess, bodyweight training Freeletics/karate and nutrition. My preference for fitness has been a quest, but in the end I found something that fits very well with the nature of man kind. Namely Freeletics bodyweight training program.
