Applications against ailments:

This species is sometimes for sale in the bio store but very expensive and only short shelf life. (4 Days fresh.) It is best to consume this tasty strain the same day after harvesting. In this way,the good substances are also not lost.
I myself often use these in a meal salad.
Winter purleine can be found almost all year round and is resistant to moderate frost.
The seeds are also edible.
There is another wild species with purple flowers, but this one is not as tasteful as the white one.
A tasty wild meal salad you can e.g. with: young seven-leaf , Nettle seeds , dandelion petal , Daisies and of course the small field cherry which can be found again in January.
