Recently, the #yoorsnovember challenge has been taking the Yoors community by storm and generating a lot of traffic and interaction on the platform. This is indeed a good thing, but as some members have already noted it has also meant that other topics have been lagging behind a little bit.

@peerke70 had the great idea of looking for the "shadow" side of Yoors by challenging other members to post photos of shadows. You can learn more about the challenge here and, if you're interested, you can see my contribution here.

With the same spirit, I thought I'd make a small contribution of my own to shining a light on some interesting posts shared by other Yoorsies. Please note that this is by no means a "favourites" list, as there are many other Yoorsies whose posts I enjoy. Each member of this community brings something unique to the table and needs to be appreciated on their own terms.

That having been said, here are six posts (and an extra one) I think you might like to check out, if you haven't already:

@ppoli61 has been posting a lot of worthwhile content on Yoors, from short stories to book reviews to history tidbits you didn't know you didn't know. The post I chose to share here is ideal for the bookworms and mythology lovers out there (like me).
