As far as low-carb is concerned, we need enough carbohydrates to keep our grey cells going, otherwise they will dry out 😇 What is, the macronutrients must be adjusted to our own body. these provide our body with energy. There are three forms of these: fats, proteins and carbohydrates.
Have an exel sheet where you can fill in everything and then automatically calculates the distribution of it. Too bad I can't upload it here.

A few times a 100% peanut butter spelt sandwich. I have also reduced my bread consumption a lot since a few years and I only eat spelt bread. A few times a nice luxury sandwich, because I think you have to keep enjoying. And that is also possible if you pay further attention.

Allergic when I am to diets (but I have to, and do want to, lose weight) I can of course start with a small change, even if only occasionally. The egg recipes appeal to me. I don't promise to do that for breakfast, but for lunch I'll definitely give it a try!
I save the recipes, for later use. Thankyou.
That's a nice, well-kept blog. I'm definitely going to try out a few of your recipes, not because I want or need to eat low-carb per se, but just because it looks so good. Thanks for sharing.

I eat fresh fruit every morning with yoghurt, nuts, kernels and seeds. Delicious energy boost.
