Who remembers breast honey or massee? In southern Netherlands and Belgium it was also known as Jew fat. I never ate it myself, so I don't know what it tastes like, but I do know that a lot of people used to love it. Breast honey originated in the production of potato syrup. There was a white substance on the machines, which hardened. They scraped it off and that's how they had chunks of chest honey. The breast honey tasted sweet, because in the mouth the starch was converted to sugar. Then it became bitter. It has been available again since 2005, but it tastes different. This is because it is now a cornmeal by-product.
