Following some posts, I understand that some people have problems with the statistics page of the supporter views - Yes. I found that some use the shortened URL and that this causes them to miss out on their supporter views. Of course, it can be up to several other things. Hence this announcement, to list a few tips, so you can be sure that you #supporterviews receives:

  1. Use the share buttons at the bottom of your post to make sure you get supporter views. These buttons have processed all the necessary information in them.
  2. Make sure that if you use the linkitself copies and pastsfrom your browser, which has- What? Ysid=..is behind the link you want to share. This number, your Yoors ID, is used to link the views you generated to your account.
  3. So do not use the shortened URL if you consider supporter views important. The shortened URL does not add your Yoors ID to the long URL. Cases where you use the shortened URL are for example: if you simply want to share a short link from a post as a creator and you don't want to show a long URL.
  4. Statistics from other sites do not have to match those of Yoors. We define the definition of a page view itself and the most important thing here is that the page view is unique (not from the same people). So 1 page iew is not equal to 1 click!Your post may have been 2000x clicked in a day, but may have generated only 100 unique page views.
  5. You won't receive a YP for supporter views on your own posts because you're already rewarded with the page view milestones.
  6. Pageview and supporterview counts happen several times a day (every 4 hours, maximum 5x per day). Therefore, sometimes you do not receive your proceeds immediately.
  7. Do you have the suspicion that you #supporterviews not correct Send us a screenshot of the corresponding stats page + the link you shared. We'll check it out.
