@Myranda indicated that her recipe for the low-carbohydrate mini - pizza might be her favorite recipe, which she wants to have drawn out! With this one!
Simple - fast - tasty - variation!
- Cut 2 zucchini into round slices about 8 mm
- Puree 2 tomatoes with a tablespoon of Italian herbs to create an easy tomato sauce
- Put the zucchini slices on a baking paper on the baking sheet
- Lubricate the tomato sauce on the zucchini slices
- Sprinkle the grated cheese on top
- Bake 10 minutes in a 200 degree Celsius
You can variate with everything you like on the pizza: salami, minced meat, onions, peppers, tuna, mozzarella...
