1 small broccoli
Avocado cubes in
Mayonnaise or yogurt
Oregano and salt
1. Wash and disinfect broccoli sprigs well, cook them steamed and reserve.
2. Place lemon juice to avocado cubes and bring them to the bowl.
3. Add avocado to bowl, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or yogurt, salt, oregano. Finally the coriander cut to taste. Mix everything carefully. Cover and cool for at least 30 minutes. Let the taste rest.
4. You can include other ingredients to taste: whole corn, pieces of cheese, potato; also rice.
