Exactly 21 days ago, I started walking. My goal was to walk out 4,000 steps a day and 1,000 in the house.
The first weeks it was still very good weather and a few days I could walk fairly easily between the outside. Last Thursday did not walk for the first time. The weather wasn't good, I was too busy my way and...
By now I know that it is right to go outside. Just take that time, then a little shorter. So a valuable lesson for the next weather, because as I wrote before continuity is more important than quantity.
Friday did walk again, but I noticed that I found it difficult to get going. I then combined it with shopping. In the evening still with my husband and the parrots and piece walked and so I arrived that day at the more than 7000 steps outside and Saturday again with husband and the parrots walked to the city and that were more than 8000 steps. The weather was also wonderful, so tourist in his own city hung out.
In general, I am very satisfied that with the exception of one day I did. In that respect, I have enough perseverance. Which also has to do with all the chronic conditions I have.
I will definitely keep walking, but I expect it to be shorter and less when the weather changes to autumn and winter. With my energy and care about the parrots, it's a matter of looking at when it comes. However, I do notice that I go outside for a walk no matter how short I do very well and that's what we do for.
