Ingredientes
2 raciones
1 brócoli pequeño
cubos Aguacate en
Jugo de limón
Cilantro
Mayonesa o yogurt
Orégano y sal
Pasos
1. Lava y desinfecta bien los ramitos de brocoli, cocinalos al vapor y reserva.
2. Coloca jugo de limón a los cubos de aguacate y llévalos al bol.
3. Agrega el aguacate al bol, 1 cucharada de mayonesa o yogurt, sal, orégano. Por último el cilantro cortado al gusto. Mezcla todo con cuidado. Tapalo y llévalo a enfriar por lo menos 30 minutos. Que repose el sabor.
4. Puedes incluir otros ingredientes al gusto: maíz entero, trocitos de queso, papa; también arroz.
