My (first) impression/experience:

A device that looks and feels solid, neatly finished. After removing all adhesive tapes, foil and other gasket and protective material, installing the Toner and filling the paper tray was quite easy. The quick start guide is very useful throughout the process and I didn't even have to use the included manual.
