Arboretum Calmthout closes the summer with a grand tomato festival at the end of the holiday months. Hundreds of tomatoes, both the newest hybrids and old heirloom varieties, can be admired in a colourful exhibition. Of some 500 tomato varieties there are seeds for sale.
