Corona Positive... well... then suddenly you're at home with five kids and there's a virus that spreads and makes people so sick and turns out the hospitals can't handle it. There is no effective treatment yet, and I find it scary. I feel responsible to keep everyone healthy and to stay healthy myself. The boundaries are visible again and I find that a strange sensation. And I find a lot, a lot of a lot. But I'm also grateful.
Grateful because I have a roof terrace and a garden where we can now stay with this nice weather and I am grateful that I am not a control freak in certain areas and that in practice this means that there are still a lot of jobs to be done in the garden and on the roof terrace. With 5 children (12, 14, 17, 17 & 19) in the house, this is a great prospect for the coming time. Because I also realize that there are people who live 3 high behind with small children or bubs teenagers or alone and that seems a lot harder in this situation. I wish these people a lot of strength and patience.
I am grateful that the children have so far been going along with my day planning. And that is briefly summarized:
