@Ingrid Tips en meer That's insane!! My body doesn't like the heat. 29'C is my max anything more than that and my nose starts to bleed, my insides feel like they boiling. Today its 32'C here and I am avoiding the outdoors.
@Mónica My body doesn't either. But I must say, heat at sea I can 'have' that 'better' than here at home. So when it's for example 36 degrees at home, I have to be careful not to faint. But in Spain the same heat could feal a bit cold. I can stand it better.
@Ingrid Tips en meer yes, I think different climates also play a role. When I lived in Pretoria were it gets into the 40 degrees in Summer I had constant nose bleeds, so badly that my college lectures use to ask me if I did drugs (true story) Cape Town doesn't get quite as hot, but it also always has wind so it helps in a way

When I am learning I am quiet unless I have something to ask or to contribute. And then when winter arrived the nose bleeds stopped and then when summer returned they started again, so I think they got their proof and kept tissue boxes in their classrooms for me. ☺️
