Zebra crafts for kids 🦓🦓
On account of International Zebra Day on 31at Jan, We learned more about these black and white friends with a simple Zebra crafts.
Zebras are just awesome, aren't they? They belong to the same family as horses and donkeys and look so much like them but somehow, they've managed to escape domestication, but sadly now these animals are on the verge of being endangered. So, we took this opportunity to learn more about these amazing animals through craft play.
Materials required for the zebra craft:
👉 A4 size 2 white and 1 black paper sheets
👉Scissors
👉Glue,markers.
👉Bottle caps or anything to draw a circle shape.
Steps to make zebra craft.
1. Draw a rough outline of zebra, on A4 white sheet.
2. Make 4 to 6 circles (depending on body size of zebra) shaped cutouts from black and white sheets.
3. Fold the circle shaped cutouts to halves.
4. Paste the folded circles on the body of zebra, by alternating white and black patterns.
5. Add some black stripes on face and legs and mane of zebra.
6. Draw a tail with stripes.
It’s an easy, cheap and fun craft that works just as well as at home, Library or in a classroom for a variety of ideas including Z is for zebra crafts, animals themes or wild animal crafts!
