You can now recruit new members with Yoors for some time and that is going quite well.
We see a lot of new active members joining us !

You can see all the rewards at the top of the rewards page. And you can earn up to 50 euros with it. 50,000 Yps. And that can possibly be expanded if someone has achieved that.

You can also easily recruit new members with the Yoors Honors.
You just give someone a compliment and when that person receives your compliment we have a new member!

Improvements

For example, you can take 3 steps as a motivator and they always unlock that step with a yp value (2nd step 75 yp, 3rd step 100 yp) and then they unlock a level as being Junior or something like that. Actually, that's the performance list, but as a new member you see it being built up completely. That they have a motivation and purpose that they can work towards. Maybe those first steps of achievement @Babita de Boer all names and you could put them on that page. For example, you could take a screenshot in small. Wait, let me say well: If you become a new member, you'll see a home page with a drawing at the top with all the levels you can achieve in your performance. They fill in three key words that most fit their honors & skills and can be placed in a group right away. They are right in that group the people who can follow them and follow them back. Then a column with the hashtag #iamnewhere in which they introduce themselves briefly. Then a 3-step unlock. First step is to upload a photo (I'll take that example from that photographer again) and then it gets 50 yp.
