Butterfly Garden de Passiflorahoeve
Last week I visited the Passiflorahoeve in Harskamp. I had not been there before and was surprised by the large amount of butterflies and flowers.
Covered butterfly garden and outdoor garden the Passiflorahoeve is a care farm with a total area of 16,000 m2. The complex, located near an old Veluwse farmhouse, consists of 5 special and beautiful butterfly gardens. In addition, you will find a large collection of Passifloras, Fuchsias, Hibiscus, Dahlias, Irises, Lilies and various other tub plants. This combination and size is particularly unique. A true delight for every butterfly and garden lover.
I was there early (there was no smurf to see yet) and so I walked delighted into the tropical butterfly garden.
Immediately my eye fell on the glass wing butterfly.
On the ceiling, a paper-fritillary fluttering.
After that, I saw one of the many beautiful passion flower butterflies flying around.
Then I spotted two big owl butterflies.
