Quick, simple salad

Today it's another day with high temperatures. Plenty of summer. With these temperatures, salads are always good to eat outdoors. With this quick and simple salad you can put three variants on the table. Or just the raw variant or with pasta or with pasta and smoked chicken. Look further for the recipe!

What do you need for 4 people:
200 grams of grated carrots
1 can of corn 1 cucumber
1 red onion
1 red bell pepper
500 grams of fusilli pasta
300 grams of smoked chicken
1 container of pesto

Preparation variant 1:

Peel the red onion and cut it into small cubes. Wash the bell pepper and clean. After that, cut it into small cubes. Wash the cucumber, if necessary remove the peel and cut it into small slices. Mix in a dish the grated carrot, bell peppers, cucumber slices and canned corn together and you have your raw salad.


Preparation variant 2:

Put a saucepan of water on the fire and bring to a boil. Once the water boils, add the fusilli and keep the cooking time on the package. When the pasta is cooked, drain and allow to cool. Meanwhile, clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces. Spoon the vegetables through the pasta and stir some pesto.


Preparation variant 3:

Same way as variant 2, just cut the smoked chicken into pieces and mix it through the salad. Eat appetizing!
