My mocreation
My first steps in fashion, that's pretty exciting. The presenter, complete with a super-white toothpaste grin on stage, appears to be in a supreme mood. It is clear that for me the challenge is a little bigger, judging by my nodding knees and trembling sweaty pads. If he gets along with his announcement, I am afraid that the powder box will have to be used again to remove the perspiration marks on my face. It's a good thing I had unbuttoned my collar button as a precaution, it's all stuffy enough.
For my creation I have, of course, tapped into as many natural resources as possible. Initially, I had the plan to use original rabbit wool, but our Flapperd was not inclined to cooperate with this — besides, one rabbit doesn't put so much on the dike either.
My brain is like a locomotive sometimes. They get started slowly, but at one point the speed was good and I knew exactly what to use. For the fabric I obviously have to use for weavers par excellence, the spiders. Fortunately, there are a lot of them. In my environment, spiders are not always appreciated, but with headphones I know how to close myself for the most screaming.
The presenter is finally ready. He calls my name, it's my turn. Because he doesn't think I'm coming soon enough, he has a repeat immediately. I wonder what the jury will think of it when I put my model on stage. Is my creation in the prizes? Champagne and cake scoops full of festive pastries? Who knows, my design will soon be in every window of the renowned fashion stores.
