Autumn is berries for me. I love berries on trees and shrubs. I don't know exactly where this came from. I've always had this. The only reason I can come up with is that berries announce autumn and I love autumn. No matter how beautiful the summer has been, every year there comes that moment when I start yearning for autumn. And berries on the trees announce them for me.
During one of my walks I came across these berries. And I thought they were so special because it's one berry that looks like two berries. The berry looks like a diabolo. I'd never seen that before. I forgot which plant they belong to, but I do know that I looked them up and that they are not edible. Very unfortunate, because they look like you can make a delicious jam with them.
Nice that 10days black and white “assignment”. I notice that I am looking for things that concern me to display in black and white. 2x nature, 2x art and 1x my cat (does that also fall under nature? maybe a little bit).
