Low-carbohydrate mushroom soup, ingredients for 1 person


    • 1 small chopped onion
    • 1 container of mushrooms (may be chestnut ampiognons, but do not need) Or go for a mix of different mushrooms for more flavor
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Half a tablet of garden herbs broths
    • 2 tablespoons of cooking cream
    • 200 ml of water

As fast as in between, lunch or evening as a full-fledged evening meal, this simple but delicious low-carbohydrate mushroom soup will put you on the table in no time!

Low-carbohydrate mushroom soup, the method of preparation

  • Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a soup pan and fry the mushrooms in it, myself I first cut them into slices before baking them
  • After 1 minute of boiling, add the chopped onion and simmer for another 3 minutes over low heat
  • Drop the bouilion cube in the 200 ml of warm water and mix it with the mushrooms and onion in the soup pan
  • Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, do not forget to stir
  • Spoon about 1/3 of the mushrooms out of the pan and mash the rest with a blender
  • Stir the scooped mushrooms with the 2 tablespoons of cooking cream through it, and your soup is ready to serve
