Delicious food and yet lose weight, it can perfectly cope with a low-carb lifestyle. And for the people who say right away, all you eat is salads and eggs, right? Wrong, with this recipe for chocolate tompoucen I immediately wipe all the prejudices about low-carbohydrate food off the table. Because losing weight, eating good and responsible snacking can be done with a low-carbohydrate lifestyle.

This chocolate tompouce originated as a result of a challenge that @Madeleine organized with the Yoorskookstudio, I didn't have to think long about what I wanted to put online for low-carbohydrate chocolate recipe. These chocolate tompouce are low-carbohydrate, but chocolate rich. With cocoa nibs aimed by the whipped cream and draped over the dark chocolate as an ornament. Chocolate enough, so you have to love it, but i love it!

Low-carbohydrate recipe chocolate tompouce, ingredients

  • 4 lightweight crackers, thin atkins crackers are also suitable
  • 125 gr mascarpone
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon stevia sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 35 gr dark chocolate

Low-carbohydrate recipe chocolate tompouce, method of preparation

  • Warm up 40 ml of whipped cream in a saucepan, containing 35 gr of dark chocolate. Let it melt over low heat, but keep stirring to avoid burning
  • When the chocolate is melted, smear 2 crackers with it, that will be the tops of the tompoucen (Tip: This whipped cream, chocolate dip can also be used perfectly as a cucumber dip, or as a substitute for chocolate paste)
  • The remaining 210 ml of whipped cream should be whisk stiff with a whisk, or even easier to use an immersion blender. If you can pull peaks out, the whipped cream is stiff enough
  • When the whipped cream is stiff, add 125 gr of mascarpone, and spooned it lightly together immediately
  • You can lubricate the mascarpone/whipped cream on the other two crackers (as a variation you can mix cocoa nibs through the mixture before lubricating)
  • Next you put the lid that you previously smeared with the chocolate on it and you can drape some cocoa nibs over it
  • Just feast! Watch out just like the carbohydrate-rich tompoucen money for this one too, you're going to lick your fingers, literally!
